SkyPrep can be configured to allow non-registered users to access and complete courses. Users will not be required to sign in or create an account, but each log in will count towards your monthly Active User limit. If you want to enable this option, email [email protected] or contact your account manager.
Once enabled, users can navigate to mycompany.skyprepapp.com/users/anonymous_login_link (replace mycompany.skyprepapp.com with your platform URL) to access your platform.
You can append ?force_logout=1 to the end of the URL to create a new session each time the link is accessed.
If your platform has anonymous access enabled, you can also opt to allow anonymous course access, with each access counting towards your Active User total.
To enable anonymous course access, navigate to the course then scroll down to Web Enrollment in the course's Course Settings tab. Enable the toggle and enter the Subscribe Key and save your changes.
Once saved, you'll be able to use the Copy Link button under Anonymous Access Link to copy the URL. This URL will allow users to access the course without having a SkyPrep account registered to them.
You can also append ?force_logout=1 to the end of the URL to create a new session each time the course is accessed.
When using Anonymous Course Access, we recommend including something that can be used to track who is completing the course, such as an Assessment or Studio document with questions, as completions will not be tied to a named account.
