Click on Your Zap currently lacks an Action step. Add one now!

Select SkyPrep.

Select Enroll a User Into a User Group and click Continue.

Test the connection or Continue.

Use the User Group ID dropdown to select the group that the user will be enrolled in when they fail the course.

In the User ID dropdown, scroll down to Use a Custom Value (advanced) and select it.

Click on the Insert a Field button, scroll down to User ID, click on it, and select Continue.

Click Send Test to SkyPrep, and if the message says success, your Zap is working! If the message says error, double check that the sample user was not already part of the group. If they were, remove the user from the group and try the test again.

Click on Finish, give your Zap a name, then turn it On.
