To create an assessment using AI, open the Training Elements menu and click on Assessments. On the Assessments page, click on the V button beside Create Assessment and select the Create New Assessment with AI option.
On the following page, give your Assessment a name and choose how you want to generate the assessment. You can choose to either pull information from your existing materials using the Select from Materials option, or enter text manually using the Free Text Input option
If you select the Select from Materials option, use the checkboxes to select the content you want the AI to reference when creating questions, then select the Add Materials button.
If you instead chose the Free Text Input option, paste the text you want the AI to reference in the box below.
Regardless of which method you go with, you'll be taken to this page next. Use the checkboxes to select which question formats you want to include (or let the AI decide by leaving all options unchecked), and specify the number of questions you want the AI to create. Click Next once you're done.
The AI will now begin the question generation process. Do not close or refresh the page at this time.
After the questions have been generated, you'll see a preview of the questions on the following page. Click on the Trash icon to delete a question, and the ^ button to collapse it.
Click Create Assessment once you're done and the assessment will be created.
Questions can be modified once the assessment has been created.
