When making changes to a course, you can add notes to track your changes through each iteration, as well as which learners completed them.

This does not allow you to view or revert back to previous versions.

To start tracking the changes in your course, click on the button beside Add Course Content and then on Publish New Version.

Enter any notes required to track the changes you made, then use the Actions buttons to decide which users will get access to the updated version of the course. Users that are re-enrolled will have their old statuses archived and be required to take the updated version.

After creating a new version of the course, you can view the completion report for each version by clicking on the Learners Passed button, as well as the respective Notes by clicking on the text. You can access this page by clicking on the original button beside Add Course Content and choosing the View Version History option.
