Studio documents are a great way to create content within your platform. To track your users' progress through the documents, you have several different reporting options available.

To access Studio reports, click on Reporting in your navigation bar and select one of the following:

Reporting Wizard:

If you want a general overview of your Studio documents, the All Studio Document Versions report shows summary info for each Studio document versions (e.g. total passed, average score).

Alternatively, the All Studio Document Progresses option will display a report that shows all Learner attempts in all Studio Documents, broken down by each learner's attempt rather than by document version.

Visual Reports:

After generating an All Studio Documents or Single Studio Document report via the Reporting Wizard, you will see the Visual tab which will show the following:

  1. High-level summary that shows the # of documents, # of versions, # of attempts, average score, average time spent

  2. Document summary with a stacked bar graph that shows completed vs incomplete statuses

  3. Question blocks bar graph for quick correct vs incorrect answer summaries

  4. Bar chart for response distribution on a per-question basis

  5. Bar chart showing score distribution

  6. Bar chart showing ranges of time spent

Report Builder:

Running a report via the Report Builder will generate a report that lists all attempts in one version of a Studio Document. This report will show all of the individual blocks in the document, as well as all of the Learners' statuses in each of them.
