Completing Performance Reviews

You may be asked to complete Performance Reviews for yourself or your peers.

To begin, click on the Development button (the button may also be on the top, depending on how your platform layout is configured).

At the top of the page, you'll see the To Do section that lists all of your pending Performance Reviews. Click on the Start Review button.

You'll see a list of users that require a performance review on the next page, along with the current review status.

Click on their name to begin.

Click on the buttons under each skill to set the level you appraise them at, and enter comments in the text box if necessary.

At the bottom of the page, you'll be able to use the Save Progress button to save your changes without fully submitting the review, allowing you to come back and complete it at a later time. Once you're finished, click on Submit.

Click the final Submit button to finalize your review and submit your response(s).

Recommended Courses

Based on performance reviews you receive, you may be recommended specific training. These courses can be found in the Recommended Courses section of the Development area.

Click on the Start Course button to begin the course.

Recent Reviews

You can view all performance reviews submitted, both for you and by you, in the Recent Reviews section.

Use the Reviews Recieved tab to view your own performance reviews and the Reviews Given tab to the the performance reviews you submitted for others.
