You can seamlessly replace multiple files at once with the Bulk Update Files feature. The uploaded file(s) will replace the old version in every course.
To begin the process, navigate to the Materials area of your platform. Click on the V button beside Add Material and select the Bulk Update Files option.
Click Select files to upload, or drag-and-drop files into the area.
If you clicked the Select Files button, use the pop-up to upload your new content. You can import some cloud content using the buttons on the left.
Once your files are added, double check the list, and if necessary, Remove files. Click Next once you've checked the list.
This page shows all of the content you uploaded and the content they'll be replacing. By default, SkyPrep will automatically pair files with matching names, flagged with a Exact Match tag.
If your uploaded name is different, there are multiple files with the same name, or you want to override the default selection, click on the Change/Select Material buttons.
Use the buttons to the left of the table and select the file that needs to be replaced. You can use the Search bar to quickly locate your content. Click Select when finished.
Confirm your list and click Update Files.
Confirm that the expected number of replaced items is correct, then click Replace Files.
Note: This process is permanent.
Click Back to Materials to return to the Materials area.
