Setting up SAML via Google

To enable Google's SSO with SAML claims, follow these steps.

First, open your Google Apps Admin panel then click on SAML Apps.

Next, click on the

icon to begin the process of adding a new application.

On the next page, click on Setup My Own Custom App on the bottom of the page.

Next, click on the Download button beside IDP metadata.

Go back to SkyPrep and click on Home, then Customization, and go to the Settings tab. Scroll down to Single Sign On and click on the Settings button.

Next, paste the IDP metadata you downloaded into the idP Metadata (XML) field.

Back in the Google SSO setup, enter mycompany.skyprepapp.com/saml/consume in the ACS URL field. Replace mycompany.skyprepapp.com with your platform domain.

Finally, set up your data mapping rules in the next step. You must include User.FirstName, User.LastName, and User.Email as parameters.

Once done, you'll see SkyPrep appear in your list of applications.
