Resending Course Completion Emails

Course completion emails are sent when a user successfully passes a course. If you need to one to be sent again, follow these steps.

Simply navigate to the course in question and in the Learners tab, click on the Course Progress button for the user who requires the email.

Use the Course Status dropdown to change the status to Not Started, then back to Passed. This will trigger a second email to be sent.
