To change the email that SkyPrep notifications appear to originate from, click on Settings, then on System Configuration.

In the Settings tab, all you have to do is scroll down to Notifications and add the email in the Notification Emails Sent From field. After that's done, all emails that are sent will appear to originate from that email, letting the recipients easily reply to them.
