Categories are dynamically generated by the SkyPrep platform. To get rid of a Category, all you have to do is find all the items that have the Category in question and assign them a different category.

For example, if you wanted to get rid of Category B, you'd find all the courses that have that as their category and change Category B to Category A. This will remove the Category from the list.
