If you want to see whether your emails are being delivered to a user, all you need to do is click on Users & Groups, then Users and find the user that you want to check.
Next, click on Email Activity.
There are several different options that might show up in the Status column.
Delivered: The email has been successfully sent by the platform and has reached the recipient.
Processed: The email has been queued by the platform and is just about to be sent.
Bounce: The email has failed to reach the recipient. The platform will then queue the email again and try to resend it.
Drop: After a certain amount of bounces have occurred, the platform will stop attempting to reach the user.
