The language set by the user for their platform takes precedence over the default language of the platform. For example, if the default platform language is English but a learner wants to switch to German, the learner's platform will always be displayed in German until they change it back.

To change their platform language, they need click on their profile picture in the upper right corner and go to My Account.

From there, they can change Language to their language of choice.
