You can cancel your account by calling 1 647 479 2134, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 EST.
As part of the process, you will be asked to provide a valid administrator's email in order to confirm your identity. After the cancellation process, a receipt and proof of cancellation will be sent to the email provided.
Once you cancel, the cancellation is effective immediately. However, a final charge might be applied if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle.
Note: If you are on an annual plan, you cannot cancel until the year is over.
Note: If you are on a trial plan, there is no need to cancel – you will not be subscribed or charged once the trial period has elapsed.
