Click on Training Elements then on Materials. From there, click on Add Material and select either Single File or Multiple Files, then click on Select File.
From there, you will have the option to upload files from a variety of locations.
If you have content hosted on different online services like Dropbox or Google Drive, you may be able to import it by following this guide.
