All you have to do is click Training Elements, then Materials, then the New Folder button. If you want to create a subfolder, click on the folder you want to add a folder to, then click on the New Folder button.
Folders are used to organize your content. SkyPrep supports an infinite level of subfolders to allow any sort of organization.
