Start by clicking on the Add Material button in the upper right. Click on Rich HTML and add your content. Once you're done, click on Create HTML Document at the bottom (you may need to scroll down to see it).

SkyPrep has a built-in Rich HTML editor that allows you to create basic text documents as well as create and edit HTML content.
