Scheduling Reports

Reports can be scheduled to be sent to Admins and Managers on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This article covers how to set them up.

First, you'll need to create a report. Once you're on the last step (the step where the options to Preview or Download the report are available), click on the Calendar button.

Now, you'll be able to choose how frequently the report is sent out, as well as who will receive it.

A few things to note:

  • Only Admins or Managers can be set to receive the emails.

  • Users must have Email Notifications enabled.

  • Monthly reports that are set to a day that does not exist in the month will be sent on the last possible day (for example, a report scheduled to go out on the 31st of each month will be sent out on November 30th since there are only 30 days in the month).

Once satisfied with your settings, hit Schedule to activate them.

You can easily view all of your scheduled reports by clicking on Reporting, then on Scheduled Reports. If you want to delete a report to prevent it from being sent again, just click on the trash icon.

You can also pull up the report history by clicking on the History button. Clicking on X time(s) will pull up a window where you can see every report that was sent, the day and time they were sent on, as well as a button to download each of them. If you want to download only the most recent one, just click on the download icon beside X time(s).
