SkyPrep supports closed captioning on videos for the hearing impaired. If you require captions on your platform, let your account manager know.

If your platform has the feature enabled, both the closed captions and a transcript will be automatically generated when you upload a video.

Note: Only English is supported at the moment. This does not work with Youtube/Vimeo videos as they have their own CC/transcript features.

Alternatively, you can attach your own VTT file to override the automatically generated one. To do this, click on the video in your Materials area, navigate to the Edit Details tab and click on Upload after expanding the Advanced Options section.

When viewing content, Learners will be able to view the CC by toggling it in the bottom-right, while the transcript is available in the upper-right.
