To get started with collecting or updating your users' information through a Course, click on the Add Course Content button.

Select the Learner Data Form under the Completion Confirmation section.

Give it a name and click Add to Course at the bottom.

Click on Add First Field to select the first field you want to update. You can view this article if you haven't added any fields yet.

Use the dropdown to select the first user field you want to update.

Choose how you want the field to behave, and whether it is Required.

Prefilled: Displays any preexisting text in the field and allows the Learner to edit the information.

Hide if already filled: If there is preexisting text for the user, the field is hidden entirely.

Disable if already filled: If there is preexisting text for the user, the field and information will be displayed but cannot be edited.

Not prefilled: Displayed the field without any prefilled text, allowing the user to edit their information without seeing any existing text.

You can click Add Another Field to edit more information. Once you're done, click on Save Form.

When a Learner opens the module, any changes they make will be saved to their user profiles.
