The Sky chatbot is an intelligent virtual assistant that can quickly help learners find what they're looking for.

To begin using the Sky chatbot, click on the Platform Settings button in the upper-right and click on Learner UI Settings.

Turn on Enable Chatbot and click on Save Changes. You can also change the bot's name (Sky is the default if no custom name is chosen) and image.

When your Learners sign in, they will see the Sky chatbot button in the bottom-right corner of their screen.

Clicking on it will bring up several options that they can click on.

My Upcoming Deadlines: Shows all courses with end dates within the next 14 days. Clicking on a result will take the learner directly to the course.

My Upcoming Live Sessions: Shows all courses with instructor-led training or webinar sessions occurring within the next 14 days. Clicking on a result will take the learner directly to the course.

Recommend Learning to Me: Learners can request a list of training based on the skills and competencies you have set up. Based on your Performance Tracking settings on your courses, learners will be shown courses that will award them with points in their chosen area. Clicking on a result will take them to the course in either their library or course catalog.

I Want to Search for Something: Learners can search for names of courses, modules, learning paths, and more. The search functionality will be enhanced with a deep search functionality in a coming update.
