You can segment your learners into Groups and assign that Group to a specific course or set of courses. To learn how to create groups, click here.

Click on User and Groups, then click on Groups. Choose the group that you want to enroll in courses.

In the Courses & Learning Paths tab, choose which course you would like to assign your group to and click Assign. You can also choose to assign courses to the Group's sub groups.

Any current members and future members will be enrolled in the Courses and Learning Paths chosen.
