SkyPrep's Studio documents support multiple types of feedback, allowing you to provide valuable insight and information to your learners based on how they are doing in the document. This article will cover all of the available feedback types.

Completion Messages

You can customize what Learners see when they complete a Studio document by clicking on the Settings button in the upper-right, then on Custom Feedback.

Enter the text that you want displayed based on whether the user has Passed or Failed the document. You can also add a custom message for any Studio documents that are currently awaiting grading by an Admin or Power User.

General Question Feedback

When creating or editing questions, you can specify what feedback users will see depending on whether they answered with a correct or incorrect answer. This will be visible to the right of the question creator.

Multiple-Choice Option Feedback

If your question format is multiple choice, you have additional feedback options available to you below each answer option. These can be accessed by clicking on the Show advanced option details button. The text you enter will be shown if that option is selected, and it will override any applicable Correct or Incorrect feedback.

Per-Chapter Option Feedback

For every section that has questions, you can also provide feedback based on the total points the user scored. Click the Settings button in the upper right, followed by Custom Feedback on the left. At the bottom of the page, specify the Lower Limit and Upper Limit for your feedback. In the example below, users will see "Please revisit the content and try again." if they score between 0 and 2, and "Great job!" if they score between 3 and 4. Click Add Feedback Bandwidth to add additional ranges.

Overall Feedback

Lastly, if a Studio document requires grading, you will be able to provide general feedback before their grade is finalized.
