Can I change the default file viewer
Changing

Default

Viewer
The
default
file
viewer
determines
the
service that is used to preview and show documents and content within your platform… In
the
Settings tab, scroll down to use
the
drop-down menu beside Document
Viewer
in
the
Restrictions… If you want to
change
the
way that files are viewed, simply click on Platform Settings, then System Configuration
Changing
Date Formatting
If you need to
change
your platform's
default
date format, contact your account manager…
The
default
time format for your platform is dd/mm/yyyy… If you want to
change

format, such as to mm/dd/yyyy or yyyy-mm-dd, just let your account manager
