Modifying Individual Manager
Permissions
If you want
to
change
the
permissions
for one manager across
the
platform,
the
easiest way
to
do this is through their profile…
To
quickly
edit
the
permission levels
assigned
to
Managers
of courses or groups, click on People, then… For example, here are
the
different
permissions
that you
can
choose
to
assign
to
a Group Manager:
The
Content Manager Role
A manager that
can
also create courses, upload material, and create assessments. This article covers how

Assigning User
Managers
With an additional permission enabled, Group
managers
can
oversee their members across
the
entire platform in every course/learning path… Once you have done this, go
to
the
Managers
tab and assign a Manager
to
the
group… Next, edit
the
permissions
of
the
Manager so that it looks like this: Check off
the
boxes next
to
Manager - Assigning Users
to
Groups
If you're
assigned
to
manage a Group, you
can
add users
to
it and by doing so, also enrol them into all of
the
courses
assigned
to
the
Group… Lastly, click on
the
Add User button. This will bring up a form that you
can
use
to
add
the
user… A user that is added
to
a Group will automatically be enrolled in all of
the
Courses that are
assigned
Adding and Removing
Managers

make users choose their own passwords before signing in for
the

remove
the

user

set a new password
