Available on our current Premium and Enterprise plans, Workflow Automation is a feature that allows you to specify what actions occur when a trigger condition is met.

If you are on a plan that supports Workflow Automation, you can click here to access the Zapier integration.

This feature will be a tiered release with more features and functionality added to it over time, including additional triggers, actions, and conditions.

Currently, these are the possible actions:

  1. Enroll a User in a Course When They Pass a Course

  2. Enroll a User in a Course When They Fail a Course

  3. Enroll a User in a Course When They Are Added

  4. Enroll a User in a Learning Path When They Pass a Course

  5. Enroll a User in a Learning Path When They Fail a Course

  6. Enroll a User in a Learning Path When They Are Added

  7. Enroll a User in a Group When They Pass a Course

  8. Enroll a User in a Group When They Fail a Course

  9. Enroll a User in a Group When They Are Added

  10. Update a User’s Information When They Pass a Course

  11. Update a User’s Information When They Fail a Course

  12. Update a User’s Information When They Are Added
