Duplicating Courses
To duplicate a course, such as to make changes for a new year or to preview changes without affecting a live course, follow these steps

Integrating Zendesk with SkyPrep
We are natively integrated with Zendesk, allowing you to add a button on your Learners' interface that takes them directly to your Zendesk… Once finished, click on Update to save your changes, and click on Test Configuration to ensure that everything… Once everything has been set up, your learners will see a button labelled Support in their interface
User-Chosen Passwords for New Accounts
You can modify the New Account Email to make users choose their own passwords before signing in for the first time… Next, click on New Account Email… This will be replaced by a unique link that will prompt the user to set a new password
Assigning New Material to Passed Learners
Since the learner has already completed the course, any new material that you add will not be required… To make them go through any new material that you added, you simply need to change their Course Progress
